What data do we collect & why?

  • We collect personally identifiable data, including name and email address, when you sign up to our mailing list or register for an event. We use this information to contact you with details of what we’re working on and how you can help.

  • We collect anonymised website usage statistics to help us improve our website.

  • When you register for an event we also collect details of an emergency contact, solely for use in case of an emergency. This information will not be used for any marketing purposes.

How long will we keep your data for?

  • Whilst you are registered on our mailing list.

  • For up to 30 days after you unsubscribe from our mailing list or attend an event.

How will we use your data?

We solely hold your data in order to allow us to complete the services we are engaged for in the most effective way. In the unlikely event of any security breach we will inform you of the data that may be vulnerable as soon as possible.

Who do we share your data with?

We have never and at no point will we ever sell or disclose personal details to anyone. We do have some partners who help us process our data:

  • We are supported by The Marketing Department Ltd, who help us with our marketing and communications. Your details will be shared with The Marketing Department Ltd solely for the purpose of executing our marketing campaigns.

  • We use cloud services Mailchimp, Google Drive and Notion for processing your data.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • opt out of our mailing list;

  • request us for copies of your personal data;

  • request that we correct any information you believe is not accurate;

  • request that we erase your personal data, under certain conditions;

  • request that we restrict the processing of your data, under certain conditions;

  • object to us processing your data, under certain conditions; and

  • request that we transfer the data that we hold to you, under certain conditions.

Our website contains links to other websites, however our privacy policy applies only to our website. If you navigate to another website, please be aware that they may have a privacy policy that’s different to ours.
