Welcome to our festive update - it’s almost time for Christmas and we have some exciting announcements!
Upcoming Events
Tree planting in Bubbenhall, Coventry

Come and join us in the beautiful countryside of Warwickshire, near a small village called Bubbenhall. We need your help to plant 1,000 trees, and lay some hedgerow to give wildlife a corridor all around the farm. It doesn't matter if you've never planted a tree before - most of our volunteers never have.
We have several planting events coming up soon but with no exact dates set yet. We’ve listed them below so they are on your radar; when we have final dates confirmed we’ll drop you a line to let you know.
Groves Farm
We will be planting a mix of 400 trees near Corsham. Funded by Ecologi
Euridge Manor Farm
4.9 acres near Colerne, Chippenham. Here we intend to plant 400 trees and some hedgerow.
Recent Plantings
Hazeland
Working with Avon Needs Tress, we planted 1000 trees ln this beautiful 34 acre site in the Marden Valley between Chippenham and Calne. Both of these towns have been hit by floods in recent years and planting in the high catchment area helps protect all the other towns and cities downstream, including Melksham, Bradford-on-Avon, Bath and Bristol. This project was funded by Ecologi.
Using entirely cardboard guards, this site has been developed after consultation with local universities and Woodland Trust, and this has led to extremely productive experiments with different mulching techniques etc.
Pantpurlais - Phase 2
We recently added 630 new trees to Pantpurlais, bringing the total of trees on the farm to 1317.
Funding Update
We are delighted to let you know that, thanks to your continued generosity, we have now achieved £34,000 of our £100,000 target.
